Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Asian Style House.

An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where:

  • There is an error in pricing or product information.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
  • Payment cannot be verified.
  • Circumstances arise beyond our reasonable control.

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed, prepared, or dispatched.

Custom, Pre-Order & Stitched Items

Many products sold by Asian Style House are sourced directly from designers, made to order, pre-ordered, or custom stitched.

By placing an order for a custom, stitched, altered, or made-to-order item, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Measurements provided are your responsibility.
  • Production cannot begin until all required information has been received.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production or stitching has commenced.
  • Minor design variations may occur based on material and accessory availability.

Custom-made and stitched items are non-returnable except in cases where they arrive faulty, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

Delivery & Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Dispatch and delivery times may be affected by:

  • Manufacturing delays

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Asian Style House shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs authorities, or circumstances outside our control.

International Orders

Customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by local authorities.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, including made-to-order, designer, and stitched garments, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
  • Colour preference
  • Delays caused by third-party couriers or customs
  • Minor variations in design, embellishments, or accessories

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges may only be considered where an item is received damaged, faulty, incorrect, or incomplete and is reported within the timeframe specified in our Refund & Returns Policy.
